Sign-in happens through Google directly. If it fails, try signing out and back in from Settings, then check that your Google account still has access to Google Forms and Drive. If you previously revoked the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, you'll need to grant it again the next time you sign in.
In your own Google account. The app talks to Google's APIs directly from your device, and your forms and their responses are never stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we do store.
Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, so they're managed in the App Store: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue App Store refunds ourselves, but write to us anyway if something went wrong and we'll help sort it out.
Sign in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app's upgrade screen.
Settings → Delete Account removes every record we hold — your short links, their visit analytics, and any quiz settings — from our servers immediately. Your Google Forms are not affected; they stay in your Google account.
Check that the underlying Google Form is still accepting responses and that its sharing settings let your audience open it. If the form is fine and the link still misbehaves, send us the link code and we'll look at it from our side.
If a gformsapps.app short link is being used for phishing, spam, or anything else that violates our Terms of Use, email us the link and we'll investigate and disable it where warranted.
